In Vedic teachings, all action (karma) has the potential to be sacred.
But trauma can shape how we approach even the smallest tasks.
It can make us rush, tense our breath, or move on autopilot.
Today, notice:
🪷 How do you approach chores, work, and responsibilities?
🪷 Could you slow your pace?
🪷 Could you breathe with more awareness?
🪷 Could you see the task as sacred — an offering, a prayer in motion?
When we work with presence, even washing dishes becomes a meditation.
Sweeping the floor becomes seva (selfless service).
Folding laundry becomes an act of love.
There, in that space of ease and reverence, you may discover peace.
✨ Sacred living is not about adding more — it’s about doing what you already do, but with devotion.
